1. Definitions
   • Customer means any person who uses the Services to book a mobile Stylist.
   • Stylist means any person who is registered with the Services to provide mobile hairdressing services.
   • Services means the website and mobile app operated by the Company (Miscellaneous One Limited (14867511) trading as Visiting Stylist) that allows Customers to book mobile Stylists.
   • Company (Miscellaneous One Limited (14867511) trading as Visiting Stylist) means the company that owns and operates the Services.
2. Eligibility
   • To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit or debit card.
   • Stylists must be licensed and insured to provide mobile hairdressing services in the UK.
3. Bookings
   • Customers can book mobile stylists through the Services.
   • Stylists can accept or decline bookings.
   • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking a mobile stylist.
   • Stylists are responsible for providing quality services to their customers.
4. Payment
   • Customers will be charged a fee for using the Services.
   • The fee will be charged to the Customer's credit or debit card.
   • Stylists will be paid a commission for each booking they accept.
5. Cancellations
   • Customers can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the appointment time.
   • If a customer cancels a booking within 24 hours of the appointment time, they will be charged a cancellation fee.
   • Stylists can cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the appointment time.
   • If a stylist cancels a booking within 12 hours of the appointment time, they will be charged a cancellation fee.
6. Payment
   • Customers are entitled to a refund if a stylist cancels a booking within 12 hours of the appointment time.
   • Customers are not entitled to a refund if they cancel a booking within 24 hours of the appointment time.
   • Stylists are not entitled to a refund if a customer cancels a booking within 24 hours of the appointment time
7. Disputes
   • Any disputes between Customers and stylists will be resolved by the Company.
   • The Company will use its best efforts to resolve disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
8. Governing Law
   • These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
   • The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
9. Entire Agreement
   • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer and supersede any prior agreements, representations or understandings between the parties, whether oral or written.
10. Severability
    • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck out and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
11. Waiver
    • No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
12. Notices
    • All notices and other communications under these Terms and Conditions will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United Kingdom mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

    • If to the Customer: Contact details held provided or to such other address as either party may designate in writing from time to time.
13. Headings
    • The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.
14. Counterparts
    • These Terms and Conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.
15. General conditions
    • Both the customers and stylist will follow all relevant applicable laws, regulation and guidance at all times including but not limited to a suitable patch test being undertaken before use of any chemical products.
